Accounts, Sparks and Prisms, Steam key delivery, tutoring bookings and refunds, leaderboards, in-game items, fair play and bans. Anything you buy in the shop is governed by the shop's terms below; these cover what happens on your account afterwards. Minimum age 13.

What the account system holds (email, display name, playtime, balances, keys, bookings, scores, items, a game device id), who processes it (SpacetimeDB, Vercel, Fourthwall, itch.io, your podcast host), the one cookie, and how to download or delete everything yourself from your account page.

• Covers physical goods, digital products and recurring memberships sold through the shop.
• Minimum age 13, the same as this site.
• Defective products: returns accepted within 30 days for a full refund with return shipping paid. Non-defective items are not returnable.
• Governed by the laws of the State of California, with disputes in San Francisco County.

• Veras Studios is the controller; Fourthwall, Inc. provides the website and e-commerce; payment processors, fraud prevention, customer service and marketing vendors are used; Google Analytics runs on the shop.
• Collects account and contact details, payment and transaction data, communications, log and device data, and uses cookies and pixels, with opt-outs for tailored advertising.
• No data knowingly collected from children under 13.
• None of this applies to this site, which sets one cookie and runs no analytics; see the site privacy policy above.

• Products are made to order, so general and sizing returns are not accepted; print errors and visible quality issues are replaced or refunded with a photo.
• Orders can be edited before production starts. Refunds show in about a day on PayPal and 7 to 10 business days on cards.
• Memberships can be cancelled any time and are not refunded for the current period. Donations, tips and locked messages are not refundable.
• Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and AfterPay are accepted; international orders may attract customs duties.
